多年前，一位學生說想彈〈知足〉的演奏曲，我才知道有這首歌。

當時只聽古典音樂的我還傻傻的想著：「編了後會有其他學生想彈嗎？」絲毫不知道五月天的強大威力。

結果編完後不到兩個禮拜，樂譜就被搶奪一空，連其他吉他老師的學生都想來借樂譜練習，我才發現不喜歡唱歌、或是對演奏曲有興趣的學生可能遠比我以為的多。

當年的編曲版本較為簡陋，只憑聽了幾次歌的印象草草編成；這次則採用了頻道編曲的一貫標準，在編曲過程中一邊聆聽原作，並逐音抓出旋律、和聲、節奏後，再改編成適合吉他演奏的樣子。

相較起當年極盡簡單的教材版本，這個版本修正了多處旋律及和聲、補完曾經省略的樂段，也增加了不同聲部的豐富程度，是更加完整的演奏版本。如果你彈過舊版的〈知足〉，不妨聽聽看這個版本有什麼不同之處吧！

At the time, I only listened to classical music and I foolishly thought, "Will other students want to play it after I arrange it?" I had no idea of ​​the powerful influence of Mayday.

Less than two weeks after I finished compiling it, the sheet music was sold out. Even students of other guitar teachers wanted to borrow the sheet music to practice. I realized that the number of students who don’t like singing or are interested in playing music may be far greater than I thought. many.

The arrangement version back then was relatively crude, and was hastily compiled based on the impression of the song after listening to it a few times; this time, the consistent standard of channel arrangement was adopted, and while arranging the song, I listened to the original work and picked out the melody and harmony note by note. After the sound and rhythm are adjusted, it is adapted to be played on the guitar.

Compared to the extremely simple teaching version of that year, this version corrects many melodies and harmonies, completes the omitted passages, and increases the richness of different parts, making it a more complete performance version.
