為了做影片,我將《魔女宅急便》從頭到尾看了兩遍,並挑了三首配樂出來編曲錄音。

〈能看見海的街道〉最廣為人知,也很適合吉他獨奏發揮。影片完成後,也補完了幾乎沒有人在吉他上改編過樂曲B段的缺憾。

〈母親的掃把〉則是較少人注意到的黑馬,AB段的精彩對比、聲部之間的互動、迷人的旋律品質,再加上小提琴獨奏的高難度華彩樂段,改編成吉他後,更讓我確信選擇這首曲子是對的。

〈傷心的琪琪〉相較前兩首顯得樸實無華,沒有艱深的技巧,也沒有繁複的織體,但感染力卻極深極強,每一個音似乎都在說著不同的故事與心情。

相較於彈奏前兩首,彈〈傷心的琪琪〉時,我感覺自己更加留意音與音之間的「空白」。

說是「空白」也不完全正確,因為其中有前一個音的殘響,有下一個音出現之前的期待,也有更多難以言說的情緒在其中流動著。

這些空白引導著我,透過前一個音在時間與空間中的停留與瀰漫,告訴我下一個音何時、以及如何出現。

如果不能充分注意到這些空白,我也許無法彈出讓自己滿意的作品吧。

In order to make the film, I watched Kiki's Delivery Service twice from beginning to end, and selected three soundtracks to arrange and record.

"The Street with a View of the Sea" is the most well-known and is also suitable for guitar solo. After the film was completed, the shortcoming that almost no one had adapted the B section of the music on the guitar was also made up.

"Mother's Broom" is a dark horse that few people noticed. The wonderful contrast between the A and B sections, the interaction between the voices, the charming melodic quality, and the difficult cadenza for the violin solo made it a great success after being adapted for guitar. , which makes me more convinced that choosing this song is the right one.

Compared with the previous two songs, "Sad Kiki" is simple and unpretentious, without any difficult techniques or complicated textures, but it is extremely infectious, and every note seems to be telling a different story and mood.

Compared to the first two pieces, when playing "Sad Kiki", I felt that I paid more attention to the "blanks" between the notes.

It is not entirely correct to call it a "blank", because there is the remnant of the previous note, the anticipation before the next note appears, and more unspeakable emotions flowing in it.

These blanks guide me, telling me when and how the next sound will appear through the stay and diffusion of the previous sound in time and space.

If I don’t pay enough attention to these gaps, I may not be able to produce a work that satisfies me.
