那天我收到一位不認識網友的訊息，希望我能編〈第一支舞〉這首歌。

看著已經快排到2026年的大量待製作歌單，當下我並沒有編這首歌的打算；但就在關掉訊息的前一刻，我突然想起了一段強者我朋友告訴我的真實故事。

國中時，男孩與女孩都是校排前幾名的模範生，兩人互相欣賞、一起努力，國中畢業後，兩人都考上了第一志願。

為了避免影響高中課業，兩人約定高中暫不聯絡。但高二時舉辦聯合大露營，是男女兩校一直以來的傳統；而營火晚會上跳的歌，就是這首〈第一支舞〉。

「這是難得的見面機會，我應該去找她，邀請她一起跳舞嗎？」男孩不斷在心中一直想著。

舞是練了，歌是熟了，大露營的日子也近了，但男孩始終沒有行動。
